About answr
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the answr mobile app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
answr is not a conversation – it's a moment.
Each question is handled independently. The App does not maintain conversational context between questions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Submit content that violates others' rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.)
- Submit sensitive personal information (passwords, ID numbers, medical records)
AI outputs
The App uses AI models to generate answers. Answers may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
Do not rely on answers for medical, legal, or financial decisions. Verify important information with qualified professionals.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
If the App offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. Management, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple's policies.
Termination and enforcement
If you violate the acceptable use rules above, or otherwise abuse the App – including but not limited to automated access, circumventing rate limits, or submitting harmful content – we reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access, including any active subscription.
No refund will be issued for termination due to abuse.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract, arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. The "Updated" date at the top indicates the latest version.
